Ranch Pork Chops might just be the easiest pork chop recipe. They are very tasty, too, even though there are only three ingredients. The simplicity of this dish makes it easy for you to get out of having the same meals on your plate. Get out of your rut, without breaking the bank or pushing you past your culinary comfort zone.
Don’t let your history of cooking pork chops only to have them end up tough and dry scare you away from this recipe. Using a slow-cooker is a great way to cook them. The pork chops come out very tender and the flavor is amazing. You also get a good gravy for mashed potatoes!
Ingredients
- 1 package of boneless pork chops (thicker cut is better)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet dry Ranch Dressing mix
Preparation of the Ranch Pork Chops
Layer the pork chops in the slow-cooker. Add the cream of chicken soup over the top of the pork chops, then sprinkle the dry Ranch Dressing all over the top.
Cook it!
Place the lid and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 6 hours.
Enjoy
As mentioned, the liquid after cooking makes for a good gravy over the chops and mashed potatoes. Egg noodles are also good with these, instead of the potatoes.
